Neighbourhood Policing Officers (NPO) & Police Community Support Officers (PCSO)
All Stafford NPOs and PCSOs are based at Stafford police station (unless indicated otherwise) on 08453 30 20 10. An automated prompt will ask callers to enter a '0' followed by the particular officer's collar number. Collar numbers appear before the officer's name on from the list above.

Alternatively, to be put straight through to an officer's radio - dial 08453 30 31 32, listen to the instructions and when prompted dial the five digit code by putting a zero before the officer's collar number i.e. 04321.

A recorded message will say 'state your name so the call can be announced' - just say your name so the oficer knows who's calling. If the officer is on duty their radio will ring like a mobile phone and you'll be connected. If the officer is off duty or dealing with other victims, witnesses or offenders your call will be directed to the officer's individual voicemail box. Remember, in an emergency dial 999.
